Per the East River community covenants, homeowners can enjoy Smithfield Recreation and Aquatics Center membership. It is not possible for homeowners in the East River community to opt out of this membership.

Please note that IRJ Property Management staff is not affiliated with Smithfield Recreation and Aquatics Center and cannot handle membership questions or grant club access cards. All questions pertaining to membership should be directed to Smithfield Recreation and Aquatics Center staff.

Dues & Capital Contribution Information

Monthly Dues

Monthly dues for the East River community are $110.88 and are billed at the beginning of each month. Payments are due by the last day of the month. Failure to pay by the last day of the month will result in late fees being assessed on the account.

Working Capital Contribution Fee

Upon move in, there is a one-time Working Capital Contribution fee of $100.00 owed.
