Per the Ashcroft community covenants, homeowners can enjoy Fred Smith Company Sports Club membership. All homeowners are set at a base level of bronze membership, but can upgrade to silver or platinum if they choose to do so. It is not possible for homeowners in the Ashcroft community to opt out of this membership.

Please note that IRJ Property Management staff is not affiliated with Fred Smith Company Sports Club and cannot handle membership questions or upgrades, and cannot grant club access cards. All questions pertaining to membership should be directed to Fred Smith Company Sports Club staff.

Dues & Capital Contribution Information

Monthly Dues

Monthly dues for the Ashcroft community for base level dues plus the different membership levels are as follows:

Single Family Homes

Bronze FSC Membership: $78.95

Silver FSC Membership: $141.95

Platinum FSC Membership $242.95

Townhomes

Bronze FSC Membership: $167.89

Silver FSC Membership: $230.89

Platinum FSC Membership $331.89

Dues are billed at the beginning of each month and payments are due by the last day of the month. Failure to pay by the last day of the month will result in late fees being assessed on the account.

Working Capital Contribution Fee

Upon move in, there is a one-time Working Capital Contribution fee of $100.00 owed.
